*Maintenance Agreement Contract
Review agreement for eligible replacement parts covered by the Full Coverage Customer Care Package. Contract term: 1 year.
*It should be noted that all FungoMan machine purchases come with the Full Coverage plan for one year, and then can opt to renew or default to Standard Package.
30 days prior to the 12 month anniversary of Full Coverage purchase, you will receive a notification email inviting renewal. User agrees to keep Full Coverage Package fee paid in full to keep the Full Coverage active. Failure to renew or keep Full Coverage payments current will result in an interruption of the Full Coverage Package.
Full Coverage Customer Care Policies
**Customers not covered by the Full Coverage Customer Care Package will be responsible for purchasing replacement parts and shipping.**
